Online legal service provider LegalZoom (NASDAQ:LZ) will be announcing earnings results tomorrow after market close. Here's what you need to know.

Last quarter LegalZoom reported revenues of $168.9 million, up 3.8% year on year, beating analyst revenue expectations by 1.1%. It was a mixed quarter for the company, with solid growth in its user base but slow revenue growth. The company reported 1.6 million users, up 11.4% year on year.

This quarter analysts are expecting LegalZoom's revenue to grow 3.6% year on year to $160 million, slowing down from the 4.4% year-over-year increase in revenue the company had recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $0.09 per share.
