Cloud security and compliance software provider Qualys (NASDAQ:QLYS) will be reporting results tomorrow afternoon. Here's what you need to know.

Last quarter Qualys reported revenues of $130.8 million, up 19.2% year on year, in line with analyst expectations. It was a weak quarter for the company, with revenue guidance for the next quarter and the full year missing analysts' expectations.

This quarter analysts are expecting Qualys's revenue to grow 15.1% year on year to $130.6 million, slowing down from the 17.2% year-over-year increase in revenue the company had recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $0.96 per share.

Majority of analysts covering the company have reconfirmed their estimates over the last thirty days, suggesting they are expecting the business to stay the course heading into the earnings. The company has a history of exceeding Wall St's expectations, beating revenue estimates every single time over the past two years on average by 1.03%.

The technology sell-off has been putting pressure on stocks since November 2021 and while some of the cybersecurity stocks have fared somewhat better, they have not been spared, with share price declining 9.49% over the last month. Qualys is down 15.7% during the same time, and is heading into the earnings with analyst price target of $128.8, compared to share price of $108.
