Lennar beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 2.8% last quarter, reporting revenues of $9.42 billion, up 7.9% year on year. It was a softer quarter for the company, with a significant miss of analysts’ adjusted operating income estimates.

This quarter, analysts are expecting Lennar’s revenue to decline 7.8% year on year to $10.11 billion, a reversal from the 7.9% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $4.12 per share.
