The company employs a multidisciplinary approach to mental healthcare, with a team that includes psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses (APNs), psychologists, and therapists. And while LifeStance Health Group’s relatively low ROIC suggests management has struggled to find compelling investment opportunities, its rising cash profitability gives it more optionality.
LifeStance Health Group’s P/E ratio based on the next 12 months is 29.8x. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but our analysis shows the upside isn’t great compared to the potential downside. We're pretty confident there are superior stocks to buy right now.
