On top of that, its declining EPS over the last five years makes it a less attractive asset to the public markets.

Optimum Communications’s EV-to-EBITDA ratio based on the next 12 months is 7.8x. While this valuation is reasonable, we don’t see a big opportunity at the moment. There are better investments elsewhere.
